Job Description

Immediate required Technical Support in IT Company for Delhi – Hauz Khas Location, Must have knowledge in Monitor and maintain the computer networks, Local Candidates Preferred.

Designation: Technical Support

Desired experience: 1 – 3 Years 

Qualification:  BE/ B Tech/M Tech/ MCA /BSC/ MSC and equivalent

Job location: Delhi – Hauz Khas (Nearest Metro IIT or RK Puram)

Working Days: 5 Days

Support Executives

Monitor and maintain the computer networks.

Maintain good and smooth communication with customers through different channels like web, email, and phone.

Prioritizing and managing the workflow.

Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving the issue.

Maintaining procedural documents and reports.

Ability to learn and work on changing technologies.

Respond to customer’s calls, emails and act accordingly regarding issues.

Establish and maintain good working relationship with customers and other professionals.

Root-cause analysis and problem resolution.

Supporting product deployments.

Multitasking.

Key Competencies

Work well in multiple shifts and under pressure and be able to prioritize to meet deadlines and quickly shift priorities as necessary.

Ability to multi-task, work independently with minimum supervision and demonstrate keen attention to details.
