Job Location: West Delhi, Uttam Nagar

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Description:                  

Requirements / Responsibilities:•

• Should have 0.6 – 2 years of experience as Desktop Engineer

• Experience in Installation and Rollout services of desktops and laptops

• Hardware fault diagnosis and isolation on desktops/ laptops.

• Software Support on Office Automation software, Anti-virus software, Email Client (Outlook), IE, Chrome & other Business Critical Applications

• Configure/troubleshoot the network connectivity of desktops/laptops and network

• Good in Installation and Re-Installation of OS, Printers, and configuration of peripherals like Printers, Scanners, etc.
